Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, every IMTutor user has the following rights over their personal data:
Right to Access
You may request a clear summary of all personal data we hold about you โ including what data we store, how it is used, and with whom it has been shared.
Right to Correction
If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, you have the right to request its correction. You can update most information directly from your account profile, or contact us for assistance.
Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to:
- Legal obligations requiring us to retain certain records.
- Legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
- Ongoing disputes or regulatory requirements.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time. Withdrawing consent may affect the availability of certain Platform services or features that depend on that data.
Right to Grievance Redressal
If you believe your data rights have been violated, you may raise a formal complaint with our Grievance Officer:

If your grievance remains unresolved, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once constituted under the DPDP Act, 2023.
