• Tutors set their own fee rates transparently on their profile.
• Students and parents agree to fees directly with the tutor before sessions begin.
• All payments are made directly between the student/parent and the tutor — via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any mutually agreed method.
• IMTutor is not a party to any payment transaction and accepts no liability for payment disputes.

• All charges will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
• No existing free features will be made paid without advance notice to users.
• Premium features will always be optional — the core marketplace will remain free.

Since IMTutor is not party to any financial transaction between tutors and students/parents:

• We are unable to mediate or resolve payment disputes between users.
• We encourage all parties to agree on fees, schedules, and refund terms in writing before sessions begin.
